1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Please note that due to the flammable nature of perfumes (contains alcohol), certain shipping restrictions may apply to specific states or territories via air transport.
2. Processing and Delivery Times
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Transit Time: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days to arrive after the order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard ground shipping to ensure the safe handling of your fragrance bottles.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress through our carrier's website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Per US Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, perfumes must be shipped via Ground Shipping because they are classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) due to their alcohol content. Therefore, we do not offer overnight or expedited air shipping at this time.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
Eco-Sellers LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping by the carrier. However, if you receive your order damaged (e.g., leaking or broken bottle), please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with us at Support@ecosellersllc.com within 48 hours of delivery.
