Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Eco-Sellers LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The perfume bottle must still be in its original plastic-wrapped packaging (sealed).
- Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Opened or sprayed perfume bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Damaged or Leaking Items
If you receive a bottle that is broken or leaking, please contact us at Support@ecosellersllc.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box so we can process a replacement or full refund for you immediately.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
