Processing, Handling & Delivery Time

We strive to process and deliver all orders in a timely manner. The delivery schedule is as follows:

  • Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday)

  • Transit Time: 5 to 6 business days (Monday – Friday)

  • Total Delivery Time: 6 to 9 business days (Monday – Friday)

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

All orders are processed in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (GMT-05:00).

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No hidden charges, no surprises at checkout.

Shipping Method

At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States using standard and reliable carriers. Expedited or express shipping options are not currently available, but we are working to expand our services in the future.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. Our focus is to serve our U.S. customers with the best possible experience. Expansion to other regions may be considered in the future.

Order Changes & Address Updates

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at help@ecosellersllc.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address. Once dispatched, no changes can be made.

Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey until it arrives at your doorstep.

Incorrect Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before completing checkout. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, reshipping charges may apply.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order can only be managed through our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible. If you already accepted it, contact us immediately at help@ecosellersllc.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Taxes and Fees

All product prices are inclusive of applicable sales tax. You will not be charged any additional hidden fees at checkout.
