Return Shipping Costs
Customer-Initiated Returns (change of mind, wrong size, wrong color): The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Eco Sellers LLC-Initiated Issues (damaged item, incorrect product sent): We will cover the cost of return shipping once the issue is verified. Customers must provide clear photos and details to our support team for validation.
Return Label Responsibility
Change of Mind: Customer downloads and prints return label, customer pays courier cost.
Damaged Product (company’s fault): Customer downloads and prints return label, Eco Sellers LLC covers courier cost.
Wrong Item Sent (company’s fault): Customer downloads and prints return label, Eco Sellers LLC covers courier cost.
Wrong Size/Color Ordered by Customer: Customer downloads and prints return label, customer pays courier cost.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
If the returned item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition, Eco Sellers LLC reserves the right to decline the refund.
Exchanges
If you need an exchange due to product defects or if you prefer a different product, simply email us at help@ecosellersllc.com with your order number and the item you’d like in exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
Restocking Fee
Eco Sellers LLC does not charge any restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@ecosellersllc.com with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
